We are thrilled to welcome Sara Fitzpatrick back to Hendy as Managing Senior Designer -and a leading visionary behind our growing Arizona presence alongside co-CEO’s Carolina Weidler and Susan Dwyer. Sara isn’t new to Hendy – having previously worked for the firm for 7 years – and she isn’t new to the Valley. Over the past several years she has been doing exceptional work at top firms across the Phoenix market, building deep client relationships and delivering award-winning projects that speak to her range and her rigor.
Sara’s expertise spans hospitality, workplace, and multifamily design; and her portfolio reflects the kind of intentional, experiential work Hendy is known for. Her projects have been recognized by NAIOP, IIDA, CoreNet Global, and PCBC, and her track record includes acclaimed work at top firms, where she led standout projects and made meaningful connections to her network.
Closer to home, her Hendy work includes beloved projects like BEHR Paint headquarters, SAP Innovation Center and HanaHaus, Farmers & Merchants Bank, Broadstone Alliance projects, Holland Projects, and Pacific Life — a body of work that reflects both her design sensibility and her valued commitment to delivering on time and in budget.
