- Designed for The Previti Group, this community brings Norco’s western character to life, one of Southern California’s most distinctive equestrian cities. Plaid tile, cowhide print, horse imagery, and cowbell-inspired lighting carry that character from the leasing office through the clubhouse.
- A mural by artist Chris Trisman pays tribute to the historic Norconian, grounding the community in a specific, beloved piece of local history.
- Built on a disciplined material strategy of paint, molding, and beadboard, the design delivers warmth and architectural character with respect to budget, proving that a strong concept is the most powerful design tool of all.
