- Hendy partnered with Ryan Turner Specialty to design a 10,000 SF regional office in Irvine, CA – a relocation driven by the need for more space and a workplace that could finally reflect the region’s own standards. The brief centered on a hospitality-forward reception experience, indoor/outdoor employee amenities, and a design confident enough to stand apart from a typical corporate buildout.
- The space balances a deep, sophisticated aesthetic with high-performing functionality: polished concrete floors, open ceilings, full glass-front private offices, and bespoke linear light fixtures fabricated to mirror the soffit profile keep natural light flowing while preserving privacy and anchoring the arrival experience with a hospitality-forward quality.
