- The design embraced a maritime theme, incorporating raw materials like rope, pulleys, and metal to evoke a portside feel, while balancing this rugged edge with sophisticated touches
- Although limited in the square footage, the Hendy team created multifunctional spaces to optimize space, while still include ample amenities such as a rooftop deck with a movie screen and a secret poker room behind bookcases
