- The heart of the community, the clubroom is designed to create an intimate and inviting space for residents to gather: a full-scale kitchen to be used as an event space, TV and game table areas, and the center of the space – an imaginative tree sculpture that harmonizes with the natural elements used throughout the design
- To align with the community’s target demographic and their wellness-centered lifestyles, amenities include serene yoga and meditation spaces, a library Chai room, and a fully outfitted podcast room
