We couldn’t be more proud to announce that Hendy’s Susan Dwyer and Carolina Weidler have been nominated as two of LA Times B2B Publishing’s Inspirational Women. The award recognizes female business leaders that have demonstrated noteworthy success and accomplishments, something we at Hendy witness regularly from both of these women. In addition to this recognition, Susan and Carolina are also nominees for the Orange County Business Journal’s 28th annual Women in Business Awards.
With Hendy since 2004, Susan is a Principal at the firm and the Director of our Corporate Studio. Susan’s 22+ years of real world and industry experience provide her with immense knowledge to lean into when mentoring firm staff or making internal business decisions. A licensed architect as well as NCARB certified, Susan is very active in the industry as a member of CoreNet Global and American Institute of Architects.
Carolina has been a part of the leadership team at Hendy for over 7 years. She is currently a Principal and Director of our Science & Technology Studio, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Carolina has over 15 years of architectural experience focused in commercial projects with an emphasis on process-driven environments such as manufacturing facilities, electronic laboratories, clean rooms, wet labs, and various assembly spaces along with corporate interiors.
The work ethic and leadership that these two women exemplify everyday inspires all of us at Hendy to make a difference. Congratulations on this well-earned recognition, Susan and Carolina!
