Featuring a laid-back, bohemian influence, Hendy’s design highlights a unique balance: a peaceful monochromatic palette elevated with captivating textures and details inspired by a desert landscape. The core of the community, the clubroom is designed to create an intimate and inviting space for residents to gather. A full-scale kitchen provides opportunities to to entertain or host an event, while TV and game table areas offer interactive experiences. Created with a “faux bois” technique used to imitate wood grain, the imaginative tree sculpture at the heart of the clubroom grounds the space and harmonizes with the natural elements used throughout the design of the community.
To align with Broadstone Atlas’s target demographic and their wellness-centered lifestyles, amenities include serene yoga and meditation spaces, a library Chai room, and a fully outfitted podcast room. Intentionally designed indoor and outdoor spaces enhance opportunities for socializing and community connections. From color selections to layouts, each aspect of Broadstone Atlas’s design works together to create an organic and inviting space where residents can feel rejuvenated.
