- Key business objective was to physically immerse the entire organization into the strong Behr culture, brand and history
- The 127,000 square-foot floorplates are dissected by two historic roads – Pacific Coast Highway and Route 66 – that serve as a gateway to unite employees across brands and departments
- Spaces include: formal meeting, training and war rooms; data and innovation areas; an indoor-outdoor space featuring a large patio with tiered seating
- A hallmark of the space is the 30,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art, Lean Six Sigma research and development laboratory with unique graphics, art and access to natural light
