With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Michelle serves as the Vice President of Finance, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational leadership. She holds a master’s degree in finance and has spent the majority of her career in the construction industry, where she developed a strong passion for operations and process improvement. She is known for leading high-performing teams, mentoring and teaching others, and driving sustainable growth through collaboration, innovation, and strategic financial management.

Outside of her professional career, she is an avid golfer and a dedicated artist, creating works in mediums ranging from glass blowing to macramé. Her unique blend of discipline and creativity brings balance and inspiration to all areas of her life.
