The Orange County Register’s Top Workplaces selection process is a thorough evaluation of workplace environments with a focus on excellent employee experiences. Over 4,200 organizations were invited to survey their employees, and the results were analyzed based on employee feedback across various parameters, including workplace culture, leadership, benefits, and overall job satisfaction.
