- Green Street – an independent research and advisory firm – came to Hendy with the goal of creating an inviting, employee centric and inspiring workspace
- Previously housed on four separate floors, the new office unites workers on a single floor and reflects the company’s energetic, social and collaborative culture
- New space includes four outdoor patios, a large breakroom equipped with restaurant-grade appliances and a full coffee bar and socialization areas complete with ping pong tables and shuffleboards
- Striking a balance between collaborative and focused work, Hendy introduced a mix of workstations including open huddle areas and nooks for impromptu meetings, enclosed conference and work rooms, private offices and neighborhoods housing each of the organization’s five departments
