Carolina Weidler

Co-CEO

As Co-CEO at Hendy, Carolina provides innovative leadership that unifies Hendy’s people, culture, and projects. Leading the overall company vision, growth, and direction alongside Co-CEO Susan Dwyer, Carolina brings to the table her unique ability to lead by example and harness the talents of different individuals to ensure the overall health of the firm.  She has nearly 20 years of domestic and international experience creating process-driven environments for high-tech corporations which she uses to oversee Hendy’s Science and Technology Studio.

Carolina’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt uniquely positions her in the local architecture and design world and provides businesses with unmatched expertise needed to deliver high-performance workplace environments. Her talent lies in designing efficient, dynamic, and holistic environments for process-based industries.

Carolina received a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogota Colombia, and received her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.

Jennifer Bartelt

CID, NCIDQ, LEED AP
Project Director

Jennifer is a project director at Hendy leading the Corporate and Science and Technology studios. With over 20 years of experience and a holistic approach to architecture which combines experiential design and wellness-focused initiatives, Jennifer has helped imagine award-winning spaces across Southern California. 

Jennifer is known for pushing the envelope with her projects by prioritizing human interaction within the built environment. She excels at designing spaces to enhance the senses and create a meaningful environment while maintaining functionality and providing a high return on investment. 

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences, Interior Design degree from San Diego State University.
