What if, one could enter a healthcare facility and start feeling better? We design wellness-positive environments, sustainable, people-centric spaces where patients feel cared for, encouraged to hope and enabled to heal. And we maintain facilities operations for continuous patient care.

Co-CEO

As Co-CEO at Hendy, Carolina provides innovative leadership that unifies Hendy’s people, culture, and projects. Leading the overall company vision, growth, and direction alongside Co-CEO Susan Dwyer, Carolina brings to the table her unique ability to lead by example and harness the talents of different individuals to ensure the overall health of the firm.  She has nearly 20 years of domestic and international experience creating process-driven environments for high-tech corporations which she uses to oversee Hendy’s Science and Technology Studio.

Carolina’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt uniquely positions her in the local architecture and design world and provides businesses with unmatched expertise needed to deliver high-performance workplace environments. Her talent lies in designing efficient, dynamic, and holistic environments for process-based industries.

Carolina received a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogota Colombia, and received her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
