Anna Alm-Grayhek

Principal/Workplace Strategist

Anna has nearly thirty years of experience planning and designing commercial offices. She specializes in improving workplace performance by integrating “work anywhere” solutions with technology and behavioral strategies and has worked alongside clients like Niagara Water, SAP, Behr Paint Company, and Toyota Motor Sales. 

Anna excels at understanding organizational requirements and recommending workplace solutions to meet future needs. She remains adaptable to business changes and stays ahead of the curve with her thought leadership, which has been featured in CoreNet Global: The Pulse, Orange County Business Journal, Work Design Magazine, and California Building News, and more. Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architectural Design at California State University, Long Beach, and leads Hendy’s Currents studio with her Prosci Change Management certification.
