The gala honored many great people, projects and innovations in the commercial real estate industry. We are happy to announce that Persea took home the gold as the Multifamily Project of the Year. A little bit about the award-winning project:

With a focus on embracing the area’s history, Persea reflects the community’s desire for inspiration and originality. By embracing the community and local culture, Hendy was able to design a captivating multifamily space meeting the residential and lifestyle needs of the growing city while creating an inviting and engaging atmosphere aimed at fostering residents’ inventiveness. Newly introduced amenities encourage collaboration and community, including a maker’s room, coworking area, club room with games, golf-simulator, and vintage-themed beer lounge. An experience-driven residence with distinctive ambiance, creative spaces and luxury amenities, Persea aims to attract and retain tenants by providing a space to dream, create and recharge.
