• FORM MEETS

    FUNCTION

    H
Personalized design elements enhance Monster Energy’s brand and provide an engaging space for our employees, athletes and musicians.
    H
Before construction began, several of Monster Energy’s action sports athletes were let loose on every floor to race through the interior and create skid marks on the concrete.
    H
Abundant conference room seating on each floor and new amenities, technology and design make Monster Energy’s headquarters a sought-after destination for employees and sponsored athletes.
    H
A creative “test lab” enables employees and athletes to test new beverage products.
  • TRANSPARENCY

    H
Every section of CBI’s office is moveable, from glass and fabric-covered walls to modular furniture systems, all fitted with the latest technological improvements.
    H
CBI’s modern, sleek office showcases a blend of glass and fabric-covered walls, modular furniture systems and a chic white décor that brings out the firm’s colorful showroom presentations.
    H
A pair of huge glass pivot doors great clients and visitors as they enter the main conference room
    H
An audio application demonstrates how to dampen unwanted sound throughout the space, utilizing white-noise speakers recessed in the ceiling.
  • PROMOTE

    WELL-BEING

    H
For The Hesby, Hendy developed and designed unique communal spaces, featuring a lounge with a James Perse pool table and 3D television, a “writers’ café” with a Nespresso bar, an onsite sound studio, state-of the-art Technogym fitness and weight equipment, and a yoga and dance studio.
    H
Outdoors, residents can avail themselves of an outdoor “living room” with fireplace and theatre, dining areas with BBQ grills, dog run, and zero-edge pool and soaking spa.
    H
The Hesby’s lobby features a custom-designed, perforated metal ceiling – a piece that fits in with the eclectic reputation of the NoHo neighborhood.
    H
The Hesby is filled with modern, but elegant, photos of tattooed people – pictures that speak to the artist community living in the building.
  • A PLACE WHERE

    PEOPLE WANT TO BE

    H
For necessary privacy, sound proof phone booths and six-by-eight foot meeting rooms are situated throughout the space, which has been broken into three distinct zones according to noise level.
    H
By eliminating desks, more natural opportunities for collaboration and engagement are presented and processes and information flow improve.
    H
From bar stools situated at a counter along the window line to “dog-bone” tables that seat three, the space is designed to encourage collaboration and cross-disciplinary learning in a variety of environments.
    H
The space’s large kitchen encourages camaraderie and ties in Goodman’s Australian roots with oversized tables made from slabs of their native Acacia wood.
